Handle Operational Issues
When unexpected issues arise, such as delays, facility problems, schedule changes, road conditions, or other load-related situations, we communicate with the appropriate parties and work to find a practical solution.

Weekly Reporting
At the end of each week, we prepare detailed reports covering completed trips, driver percentages, owner-operator settlements, and the amounts owed to each driver or owner-operator. We also calculate the company’s final weekly operating results.

Receivables Follow-Up
We track payments and follow up on amounts owed to the carrier, including rate discrepancies, adjusted load payments, cancellation fees, TONU, detention, layover, and other applicable charges. When necessary, we prepare and pursue the appropriate claims or disputes with brokers or other parties.
